Registration process and account creation

Registering for HER is simple, but it does require either a Facebook or an Instagram account, which can be a bit of a turn-off for some people.

  1. Signing up

Begin by going to the google play or Apple Store and downloading the App. Once you have done that, you will be asked to sync your account with either Facebook or Instagram.

  2. Syncing up

Once your account is connected, HER automatically grabs your profile photo, name, and birthday to build your HER account.

  3. Changing your profile

If you would like to edit your information so that it is different from what is on either Facebook or Instagram, you can do this by clicking on either the pencil icon or the ‘+’ icon. This will let you edit or add to your information.

  4. Upload Photographs

Putting new photos is done similarly, but you can also arrange them how you like.

  5. Join a community

You’re all set to start using HER! The first thing you might want to do is join a community. There are many available through the app, so browse and look for one or more that fit you.

📱 User friendliness review

Registration

The registration process is easy to do, but the fact that it requires either a Facebook or Instagram account can be an issue. Not everyone has either of these, and not everyone would like to use them for registration purposes.

Navigation

HER offers an intuitive design for sleek navigation that isf focused on providing a user-friendly experience. We were able to go from profiles to newsfeeds in seconds seamlessly, although there was a little lag every now and again using the app, but nothing serious.

Adjusting profile

Despite taking all your data from other social media sites, you can still play around with the information in your own profile. This is easy to do too, so you are given a lot of flexibility with how you present yourself on HER.
